Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In San Diego, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. San Diego is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Diego follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The staff is friendly and explains patiently to me as it is my first time visit. I had the XL-size poke bowl and the ingredients are fresh and plenty. I would definitely visit again. Also, I would recommend downloading their app as they offer discount for first-timers and points.

Great staff and was able to explain things well. The food is just good enough, while the price is inflated and the amount of food outside of the rice is a joke. Go to a place where the price matches the quality, not where you help pay for their rent.

This is a GREAT poke place. All the ingredients are fresh, the staff are professional and polite, the sauces are delicious and the selection is extensive. We love poke and to have discovered such a wonderful gem was wonderful. I am not joking, we were in San Diego only for four days, and it was the only place we went for food, so four days in the row, all poke. I have to confess that I like everything on mine and Isaac did an amazing job compiling it all inside their Super-sized bowl. It was almost as challenging to create it, as for me to eat it without spilling it all over the place (which I managed, almost perfectly by the fourth time) and it looked beautiful. Isaac took care of our order half the time we were there and he was a pleasure to chat with. Their fish is of high quality, the flavors for the spicy tuna and spicy salmon are great, they have a really nice kick to it. They also have a very generous rewards program, where you can accumulate points towards the next purchase. I feel that their prices are more then reasonable as it is. Canβt wait to go back for more! Donβt miss it!

Fresh fish and good toppings. A little pricey for a small bowl given the smaller fish portion. Next time I'll probably get 3-4 scoops of fish and save half for later as the toppings are great but my ratio was just a little too topping heavy
